Chevy Corvette Wiring DiagramHerein you will see a wiring diagram of the 1960 Chevrolet Corvette. The Chevrolet Corvette is a sports car, that has been produced in six generations, by the Chevrolet division of General Motors . The first generation Corvette (“C1″) was introduced in the 1953 model year and ended in 1962. The 1960 Corvette was very similar to the 1959 model. Aluminum radiators were installed on 270 horsepower and 290 horsepower Corvettes. All engines except the base included cast alloy valve covers with 7 fins.  1960 Corvettes with fuel injection need a manual transmission, earlier models allowed an automatic with the lower horsepower fuel injected engines. In 1960, production of the Corvette finally reached and exceeded 10,000 cars. From 1960 through 1962, minor styling and performance enhancements were introduced to make the car more appealing to buyers.
